Just passing by to give you hope. My case was approved yesterday!!!!!!! No request of evidence, no interview. My timeline:

05/31/19: form received.

10/16/19: Fingerprints taken.

01/14/19: New card ordered. 🤩

I originally sent the documents to Dallas, Tx and then I was transfer to Potomas (which was a relief because this office just open to process I-175).

Good luck everybody!!!!

If your case is with WAC you won't get an interview. If your case was with MSC or transferred to MSC, you would get an interview.

If you're getting approved with no RFE, count on it taking at least one and a half year before getting an approval.

What makes you say that WAC won't get an interview???

What about WAC that will likely get an RFE?

Cases that get an interview are immediately sent to NBC (MSC), or transferred to NBC at a later stage. Your case will only be transferred to NBC from your current service center if you fail to respond correctly to any RFE your service center may send you. If you respond with what they ask for, you don't get an interview.

My wife’s case was transferred almost as soon as we submitted our paperwork we never received no RFE she just submitted her finger prints on dec.23.our case is WAC so most likely we would need an interview?

Transferred to NBC? Then they might suspect fraud, maybe you have red flags in their system that makes them want to interview you.

I doubt that our packet was well put together...I mean I don’t want to go thru the whole interview process but if we have to I have nothing to fear we went to Juarez in Mexico for her interview I don’t want to go thru that again..I know the interview would be inside the USA tho
