Hi All,

Question, how do i get to ask for a schedule of the biometrics? Once i have the receipt numbers is there a way to get them to schedule for one?

Thanks a ton in advance?

What is the best way to expedite AOS/EAD, husband is in the military active duty.

USCIS schedules the biometrics when your petition gets to the front of the queue and they have an open appointment available.

I believe there is a military advocate somewhere at his military base.  I don't believe just being active duty military confers a reason for expediting your petition.  If he is scheduled to deploy soon then you may qualify.  You'll probably need to send in his deployment orders.  Again, ask your husband to check with the base about someone that helps with immigration matters

My biometrics appointment is scheduled about one month from the NOA1 date.

I saw other people are the same, so you should be receiving it soon too, good luck!

Oh wow, thanks a ton. Which location are you from?

The biometrics were scheduled by the USCIS

they will send you a letter

But you can make your account at USCIS and follow it over there as well.

we rcvd a notice of USCIS Account Access and that way I am able to follow all the applications and downloaded our biometric appt from there as well.

While you are at it, can you also update your timelines, it is very helpful for other people as well.

Thanks
