I had the green card interview in the end of June 2022, was told to expect the card within 3 weeks. Happily came home and waited for the status to got updated. Nothing happened since then. The online status is still "Interview was scheduled" till now. One time I got to talk to USCIS service representative, she says USCIS has to make a decision within 120 business days so I can call back after 120 days. I marked the 120 business day deadline on my calendar and called back today. This time the representative says there is no 120 day rule, I will have to wait for 16 months until I can schedule a info pass. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Who should I call? USCIS or field office?

My husband and I had my GC interview on last Thursday(06/23), and the interviewer told me that I passed the interview. But my USCIS account is still at Interview Was Scheduled. Is it normal? When does it usually update?
