Lack of interest perhaps. How many women have actually ran for president versus the number of men? How many women are interested in and work towards becoming a CEO versus men that are interested and work towards it? The only way you can reasonably argue that the amount of women CEOs and men CEOs and women presidents and men presidents should be equal is if the level of interest is equal among men and women.

That may have been then, but nowadays women are strong and independent so hardly applicable now. Perhaps it just needs some time.

 

Btw has anybody watched Hillary recently, she was on TV reading the speech she had prepared for her anointment, brought a tear to my eye.

I don't need you to tell me what I think , I need to understand why you believe women collectively as a group are not interested in leadership roles.  I suppose you would say women are earning 82cents on the dollar for the same work because they have "no interest" but I should let you say it in your own words..
