2 to 4 weeks is the average now. Could take longer.

You're not late as long as the conditional GC is not expired.

Thanks! We just wanted to make sure we have at least 1 chance to refile before expiration in case if it's rejected for whatever reason. If I send it off in the next 2-3 days we should be okay on that front.

Seems like they sped up a bit, when I sent my wife's I-751 in February I think it took like 5-6 weeks to get that letter!

Indeed it was taking way longer earlier this year. And she'll receive a 24 months extension, btw.

Even if you were rejected and had to file after the 90 days window, you'd be fine just adding a letter explaining why you are filing late.

I need to send my stepdaughter's I751 this week. Is it still taking 1-2 months to get receipts/extension letters like earlier this year?

We are a bit late to file (50 days to go until expiration) so I'm kind of nervous.

Our package arrived 11/29 and letter is arriving today, less than a week. WAC center.

That's excellent news. Our package arrived yesterday Dec 3, so hopefully we'll get the letter in the next 1-2 weeks.

This I751 is for my stepdaughter who entered on a CR visa so I'm guessing it will probably go to the MSC center, which handles cases that need to be interviewed... I think

Update: Our case arrived Friday, Dec 3 and early today (Monday Dec 6) we got the text with her case number! WOW have things sped up since we filed my wife's I-751 in February of this year.

MSC case number is a bummer but expected since she wasn't interviewed in the US yet. We were hoping they'd make exceptions for minors.
