In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I’m in several groups online and on here as well when you pull up California no one has updated an approval, I haven’t seen anyone in the groups approved either. The approvals are coming out of other centers, but not California. Seems like 2 a day for K1s though.

You just applied in June (almost 5 months to the date )

this is for Morocco so there will be 10 -12 month wait to have your NOA2 and get your casa case #

Actually the Cal site says 25.5 to 33 months for a CR1

Since a spouse visa allows the immigrant to work,  travel outside the US  and have other priveleges upon entering the US,  there is extra care to look thru all the paperwork at each stage of this process.   A K1 will go thru extensive security and a long AOS process in the same way.

From what i see the K1 and AOS getting the 2 year green card is taking longer than a good CR1 with no red flag issues

https://www.visapro.com/processing-times/california-service-center/

And no K1 is approved in 2 days (the site says 6-8 Months)

Where do u get the information about not processing CR1 and just doing K1? other online sites like Facebook??? poor references

At one time when i was going thru this process i joined a Facebook site.   i soon quit it as there was a lot of misinformation on it including things that USCIS said "not to do"  like stapling documents to send in with petition

Follow USCIS and the US embassy for best info

Read posts and embassy reviews about Morocco here on the portal

sorry ,  i talk to much

best of everything to u both

So for the total process from start to finish (the time when my husband has his visa in his hands) expect 18-24 months? If thats the case that is not too bad
