Still unclear if certain visa holders will be exempt from the new vaccination policy or not.

check the airlines that you would use for the flight as many are requiring fully vaccinated and how they view what is needed to fly to the US

they have been briefed

I've checked right now to fly in US still not request to be fully vaccinated ( at least not in my country) but there would be changes by November and i was wondering if K1 visa would be consider as part of certain visa holders to be exempt from new vaccination policy.

I would imagine anyone unvaccinated will be required to for AOS.

I find this new requirement quite interesting. The data is quickly piling up indicating there is no meaningful association between vaccination rates and slowing the spread of Covid-19 (example is the recent article in European Journal of Epidemiology put out by Harvard researchers on Sept 30th).
