I think it looks good! Like Jeanne said, the wedding plans is good but not necessary. Writing down that you promise to get married within the 90 days once the beneficiary is in the US is good enough.

It is overkill, but if it makes you feel better, go for it.

 

We wrote a joint letter that said to the effect of "we plan to marry within 90 days of the beneficiary's arrival," and that was about it.

Ours were much simpler - we both did a letter stating that we're legally free to marry, and upon my entry into the country we intend to marry each other in line with the terms of the k1 visa. Was just a single sentence each.

 

Your letter seems fine. It's good that you have the important statement in the first paragraph, don't want to hide it away so USCIS officer gets annoyed having to find it.

The intent letter can be very simple.  It does not have to have all of those details.

Yes, we wrote two identical, one sentence letters and signed them.  No issues at all.  Best of luck to you - Jason
