Now that my fiancé has her fiancé visa, as the petitioner, am I able to sponsor her aunt and uncle in Colombia for a tourist visa for them to come visit us? They raised my fiancé, so they're pretty much her parents so to speak. The uncle is employed, the aunt is a school teacher, and they jointly own their home. Anything I can do for them?

There is no sponsoring anyone for a tourist visa.  They must apply and qualify on their own merits.

Nope.  They apply and try their best to show ties to home.

My wife family is from Philippines her uncle and his two sons are coming in January to stay for a while in the USA, I will employ both of his sons while they are here,  Two of my wives aunts, will becoming on tourist visa with the uncle, the Uncle wrote a sponsor letter for them about 3 years ago and they were approved,  he is fairly wealthy and lives in huge house in the Philippines in a guarded private sub division.   I say bring what you think will support their case.

Her uncle's sons are not authorized to work in the US as visitors.  You will be employing them illegally in violation of their visa status.  They will be ban from the US if their illegal employment is discovered.

They are US Citizens by way of the father who is retired US Navy, they just happen to live in the Philippines.  Back when US had Naval bases in the Philippines they let 400 men join the US Navy each year and eventually get US Citizenship, he was able to join the US Navy in the Philippines.
