N & P,  here is this weeks data ... yes it looks like July and August are mostly left behind although there was some activity in the final week of each month (oddly)

Has been a challenge running my scripts from Brazil but still feeling blessed to be with my Fiancée.

We both just wish they would hurry up and get to our NOA2 (like the rest of you) so we could actually 

be together rather than just these spot times.

 

In my date group (December) there is nothing new to report (really) as  the bulk of activity seems to be in the September to October Date range.

75 days I've NOA2 date and NVC hasn't received it yet. Anyone else in the same boat? (Very sorry for those still waiting for NOA2). I keep seeing 6-8 week timelines for this step and we're way past that now.

Based from my observation, it takes 2-3 months for NVC to create a case for the petition and have the status Case Ready.

 

I don't monitor though the timeline of processese such as: NVC receipt of the petition from USCIS, NVC Case Review time, Change from assigning case# to in transit to case ready.

I'm at 91 days. (NOA2 Sept 27th)

I emailed the NVC pretty much every week and they didn't even receive my case from the USCIS until between Nov 3rd and Nov 10th.

Did you send any email to nvcresearch@state.gov and ask ? Or you just called uscis and asked them ?

I think that 91 days for just about anything is awful...but they did receive it, right? What is your 91 days counting toward, specifically? (And thank you!)
