Form i751 90 day period

Hi

I have some questions here .  Do i have to mail the i751 exactly 90 days before green card expires? Also does it matter if signatures dates are like 2 weeks before the 90 day period?

If USCIS receives the I-751 package even 1 day early, they will reject it.  I would not mail the I-751 package until after the 90 day window opens.  The signature dates can be earlier.

No, you do not have to mail the package exactly 90 days before the date.  You have a window of 90 days.  Most of us wait a few days AFTER the 90-day window opens just so we won't have it arrive too early (where it will be rejected).

The signature dates are fine. The actual receipt date by USCIS should be within 90 days. Anything earlier than that will be return back to you. Use the calculator below to help you determine.
