I was only talking about case being sent to Embassy after expedite request approved by them.

The U.S. Embassy or Consulate is willing to expedite this case when we have received and reviewed all fees, forms, and documents and completed our processing of your case.

 

This is the email they sent me on August 09th.  On August 18, my lawyer sent in the missing documents.  I would like to know what will happen afterwards and in how long ???  And if you can list things for me !!!

You paid your lawyer to help you through this process.  Why not ask him your questions?

I thought it takes about 1 month and 3 weeks for NVC to send the under review email these days.

I’m not sure that’s what i was reading too in here. I did Call before submitting mine and the rep said she would be keeping an eye out for it I’m not sure about if that had any effect on it 🤷🏽‍♀️
