Submitted official request June 21. Got email from NVC August 10 saying it’s under review.

Update:  Expedite Approved.  11 August.  Case is being transferred to Embassy

 

Reason was Military Orders back to states with a child as well

I have my k-1 visa expedite back in may and it was approve and sent to Haiti by the end of June

the approval will be depends on why you want to expedite with supporting documents

Hi ugh not yet. I've seen people average 50 days. For me that's today so we'll see haha I'll definitely post when I year something though! So much for "Expedited" right?!

Lol yeah. Timelines used to be so much shorter though. I guess they are really backed up now.

Nope! I'm most likely going to get denied. It wasn't on the strongest grounds and my employer only gave me two months from time of submission. August 30th I'm supposed to be back in America working LMAO! I spoke to them they are willing to give me until Oct 31st but there's no way to inform NVC of that soooo I'm assuming based off this alone they will deny anyways. But regardless I'll post any updates I receive!

Hey all I just got an email that my case is under review. For reference I submitted the expedite request June 30th. From others posted its usually next day or two for a response so maybe Monday I'll get something. I'll Keep ya posted. Have a great weekend everyone!

Good evening everyone!!!  I had submitted an acceleration request on June 20, 2021, I was answered on August 9, 2021.  He had accepted my request but it is on condition.  On August 18, 2021, my lawyer sent the documents.  What are they going to do now?  How long will it take to send my case to the Haitian Embassy?  Can someone explain this to me a bit?
