@Joe30 - Were you able to set it up? We sent ours on June 20th and reached them on June 22nd. We did provide G-1145 with all forms. We haven't heard anything yet.

I could be wrong but I would think an I-864 (Affidavit of Support) would not trigger a I-797 NOA since the I-864 isn't really an application or petition, it's more like supporting evidence.

 

But to clarify, I only received NOAs for my I-765, I-485, I-130 and I-131. No forms for the I-864.

You are correct.  I-864 is not a petition or application and is part of the I-485 packet.  Hence, no separate I-797 for the I-864.

As others mentioned, you will not get a separate NOA for the I-864. However, if it is lost or missing, you would get an RFIE or they may even reject the entire filing. So I think you are good to go.

Received texts and all NOAs today and also finger print fee was cashed ! So happy things are really moving along
