How do I speak to a human when I call USCIS?

I've seen a lot of people post on here about calling USCIS and requesting to speak to a Tier 2 agent. I am trying to do that but I can't get past the automated voice message at the top. I've tried a dozen combination of words now and it just keeps redirecting me to get a case status over the phone or how to create an online account. 

 

The reason I'm calling is I had my green card interview on Feb 25, 2021. Received an RFE a month later asking for a new medical on the updated forms (I entered the US on a K1 in September 2019 right before they updated the I-693 form). I got the new medical and submitted it right away. It's been close to 60 days now since USPS says the medical was delivered at the Jacksonville USCIS office. My online status was never changed from "Request for Additional Evidence Was Sent". I would love to just know that it was at least received and in the right hands! Thanks in advance.

Have you tried saying "technical issue" or "technical problem" at each prompt?

Try online and talk to Emma and she'll transfer you to a representative or agent

Try "lost greencard" in the IVR. That got me into the agent queue to talk to a real human being. Good luck.
