like how many visit

That can vary. Are you the USC? I'm trying to figure out who is posting so I don't confuse myself. One of your posts said you weren't in the US. I thought maybe that the USC was there and has been for sometime.

As for your question how many times depends on how long each visit was. If both of you are together 2 weeks twice in a year it wouldn't be as good as 2 visit of 2 months. So it varies a lot, actual time together is the best.

we have spend times together so what do i need to show time spend together is pictures trip tickets or what

Yes tickets, hotel receipts, any thing that can help show that the USC was there. Pictures are secondary, so they can help if they back up with your other evidence. But don't rely on them.

YOu want tp paint them a big very detailed picture of your time there. The more family friendly details the better.

the USC should have added you to both 2019 and 2020 tax returns

as for visits i made 5

month of june 2009

2 months in 2010 to marry

1 month of November 2010 for a honeymoon

3 months in 2011

and 3 months november and december 2014 and january 2015

as for tax returns when spouse applies for ITIN,  by adding pending immigrant  to tax returns (they start the process of comminling assets) she can use ITIN to add you to checking account as i did (immigratn can not yet have a debit card as he/she is not in this country yet)

and the USC needs to show things like boarding passes ,  photos of USC and immigrant and immigrant's family (including a few wedding photos)

please,  are you the USC? or pending immigrant?

this is so important and i too am confused about this

it is so much more helpful to know if we can direct the information to the USC and tell him/her how to go about doing the documents needed to show the proofs immigration requires and looks for for countries (like ours) which is high fraud

she has to have the ITIN from adding you to IRS tax returns to allow  that # to add your name to checking

so,  you are the pending immigrant

it would be helpful to have your USC wife on here

i went thru a difficult embassy too and there is a lot of information i (and others ) can share to aid in the process

start by getting your USC wife to amend the 2019 and applying for the ITIN (you must fill out a W7 form ) and supply her with supporting document so she can file as MFJ or MFS

and then adding you to 2020 tax returns

this is something she has to do to get started

has she applied yet for a CR1 and if so,  why not?

u wlll not need this proof until your case gets to the 2nd stage of the process at NVC so there is time

right now if she has not applied,  she needs copy of your marriage license,  birth certificate and photos of the wedding

if not in English ,  they need to have an English translation

that's where to start

she should also check the poerty guidelines to make sure she fullfills the income needed to support u
