You can’t prove a relationship. That would require someone to be able to read your mind and know if your feelings are genuine. 
 

You can (but don’t have to at this stage) provide evidence that supports your claim that the relationship is genuine. 
 

Wedding plans and details are not required. USCIS is not interested in the venue, menus, dancing, etc. Keep the petition simple and provide what is asked for, not what you think they should see.

Intent to marry letters are a core requirement of the I-129F.  Wedding plans are not.  No one is required to provide wedding plan evidence.  At the interview, the CO may ask the fiance about wedding plans as one of the ways to determine if the relationship is real, but I have not read where anyone needed to provide evidence.  

 

@Loveforyou43 before booking anything, read carefully any contracts you sign.  Many places tell you verbally that bookings can be changed or cancelled, but there are certain portions of the deposit that will be stated as nonrefundable.  Make sure the contract states 100% refundable and there are no hidden fees.  Also, get a receipt for the deposit.

This said, with covid raging, it is getting harder to get a marriage certificate when a K-1 couple needs it. So think of your venue as the just the reception and assume that you will be doing the quick marriage officiation in Vegas. Fly in, get married, get a dozen or so certs, fly out. 

 

Or you might be getting officially married after your reception. It all depends.

Exactly my suggestion. Message me, and I can make this happen for you. Free of charge!! I would only get 2-3 certs though.... LOL

Everybody will suggest as per their experience,  it's all depend on individual consulate, USICS employee who will attend yours file. But whatever proof you will provide it will be sent to the consulate. And CO will check your proofs of relationship before your fiance will face them for the interview. I have two friends who have been asked to submit chat history, photos and intent to marry letter at consulate interview. Earlier I suggested to add some pictures when you were friends bcoz it will add proof to your true story.
