Congratulation @Seydanur. Fantastic news. Feb 1 NOA here and still waiting. How are you able to submit two inquires? I submitted my inquiry beginning of Oct but system did not allow me to submit another one yesterday.  I was told I need to wait 30 days after their first response.

I am feb 1st filer and waiting noa2. My fiance sent an inquiry last month and we got regular response. After 30days from the inquiry, me and my fiance tried to send an inquiry again but the system didn't allow us to send it because we already received their response.

We were so frustrated and decided to call them. My fiance reached rep successfully and told our case was outside of processing time. She said "yes, it's been over 45 days. I can submit an inquiry on behalf of you".

I don't know what 45 days means here but she submitted new inquiry for us from her end. She told him that he would receive response.

We have to wait again.... Let's see how it goes. I hope this time they would do something for us and notify us noa2.

Did you contact Ombudsman? Put your inquiry there as well. https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance

So I contacted Ombudsman... They sent me a reply today saying "We understand your concerns. Although your receipt date is past the receipt date inquiry on the USCIS processing time site, the Ombudsman office cannot move forward unless your receipt date is 60 days past the receipt date for a case inquiry. Because of the 60 day protocol, our office will be closing this matter. "

So I guess I have to wait until my case is 60 days past outside normal processing time. By then, they will probably have changed the processing times :( Sucks. Everyone wants to deny help when we are all just trying to be with our loved ones and plan our weddings.

That’s clear from their website and by the way It is 60days since your inquiry and not 60days outside normal processing time.

Those are one and the same for me. I inquired the same day mine was outside normal processing time. And it may be clear, but others had mentioned trying it anyways at the same time you inquire with USCIS, which is why I did it.

I believe reading thru January they started getting 45days instead of 30. Probably because so many of us are sending inquiries and they keep stupid 6-8months which doesn’t make sense.

Yeah, yeah. For you than it is the same date. I have send my inquiry couple days after just because I was depressed with generic reply and today I’ve got answer. Generic.

It sucks for everyone. Waiting is killing us and I went thru similar processes because 7years ago I’ve got Green Card thru Lottery and it was waiting, waiting and so on.

Someone with a Feb 25 NOA1 got this notification a few days ago and they were approved yesterday. So maybe you are closer than you think!

There appears to be two generic replies: the first being that they can't provide any updates at this time and are diligently working, and the second that it is currently pending adjudication. Getting the second one seems to indicate an NOA2 is around the corner, so I'd be very happy with that! I don't know if they can actually reveal any more information.

Several people couldn’t do it before 45 days, so I’m assuming it is 45. Could luck.

I hope so. I’ve heard that second reply means that they have assigned a case to someone, specific representative, but he/she still didn’t started to process them. At the end only thing is sure that nothing is sure and that we are just trying to figure out they way of processing.
