The joint sponsor must be a qualified U.S. citizen or green card holder (permanent resident) who agrees to take on the legal obligation of financially supporting the beneficiary.

They most ask the relationship between the co sponsor

At the interview they ask what is the relationship between the co sponsor,I read they don’t like when the co sponsor comes from the beneficiary I’m trying to confirm if that is true

It's true that all factors are considered.  If they ask, you tell the truth.  Yes, I would expect that coming from a high fraud country, the joint sponsor's relationship being with the beneficiary would be a negative factor, among all factors.  Nigeria being the number 1 high fraud country with regard to US immigration fraud, it might be a big deal.  But still, if the rest of your relationship evidence is excellent and convincing, that factor itself, will be diminished in importance.  Is there a problem with the petitioner finding a relative or close friend to act as joint sponsor.

I'll add that from high fraud countries, just the fact that the petitioner is low income, is a negative factor.

Most of her retired and they dnt meet up the poverty level so it’s hard to get anyone from her to co sponsor

No he didn’t introduce her to me

If the cosponsor is the one who introduced you to each other, I think that will be a big red flag. But there's nothing you can do except show more evidence for the relationship.

Any reason you can state about WHY you cannot find a joint sponsor with a relationship to the petitioner, is going to count against you.  Reasons and excuses don't help.  Usually, they hurt.
