I just wanted to bump this thread and see if anyone had heard anything. Seeing as some folks from the october thread still haven't gotten their noa1, I'm assuming we are in for a wait but thought I would bump the thread up. FWIW my packet was delivered first week of December and nothing in the mail and the check hasn't shown up on my account.

I sent my petition 11/ 2/20 received 11/4/20 my NOA was received 2/3/21 (with a back date 12/4/20) 🤪. I did file a request for information with the USCIS Ombudsman and the Lock box facility and also wrote letters to my congressmen -after day 60 waiting. Looks like the new administration is making things go faster ....

Great news! USCIS charged our credit card yesterday (2/14) which is strange because it's a Sunday on a long weekend - but we're not complaining! They received our application on 12/15, we haven't received our NOA1 but it won't be too long now! Hang in there folks, it's been a long wait but things are finally speeding up :D

Happened to others too. Apparently they are working today and I guess worked over the weekend. I'm looking through cases and they are definitely way ahead of where they left off on Friday and there are several dated Feb 13 (Saturday) and today, Feb 15. So far I have seen a bunch of Nov 30 dates. Latest I have seen today is Dec 16.

USCIS is usually closed on federal holidays I believe so maybe they are working because of the backlog.

Hi,

How do we check what they are processing right now? Is there a link to give us this visibility?

Thanks,

Thanks,

Here's my post on it from the Feb thread:

There's a couple of posts on this in the November thread, which is where I got all the info from to look them up. All that's needed is a fairly recent number. I used trial and error to find the latest one processed at the end of the day. The next day I started with that number and looked through the ones following and then found the last one assigned that day. The assigned numbers cover all kinds of things, not just I-129F. So, for example, about 182 WAC#s were assigned yesterday, but only a fraction of those were I-129Fs. There appear to be several people on the boards who are doing this for informational purposes - mostly to track which dates seem to be getting processed at any given time. Other people certainly know more about it than I do :)

hello!I am new here! I thought id join the journey here with my fiancé and its nice to see other people that are in the same boat as us for once!:) so a quick update for our journey is that me and my fiancé had sent off our k1 petition in the start of December 2020 they did receive it at the lockbox on the 15th of December. however its still been 50 days since then and no NOA1. we ended up calling USCIS, Texas and they explained under current "covid restrictions" its taking from 60-70 days for them to get any NOA1's out. I thought this may help other people that are worried about it taking more than the estimated timeline for noa1. hopefully we will get our NOA1 at the start of this month... !

How did you get a hold of anyone? I have been trying unsuccessfully to get through the automated robot operator.

Congratulations on your NOA1! Did you get your NOA1 via postal mail, or email or any other e-notification method?

We were sent a text message, haven't seen an email come through (checked Junk too) and assuming we'll get a letter soon but I think it's too early.
