We lost Gardner and gained Tuberville in the Senate

Tuberville has Romney potential as well though, but more like in a sense of Amash. He's a Libertarian type, and there's that lip service potential where he uses Trump to get his seat then gives Trump the finger like Romney has so often.

Finally, now they need to do it for NC as well

Trump will probably win NC but there is a reporting error with the count there so they cant call it

Born and raised here in NC and looking directly at the state board of election website right now. Trump is going to win NC. There was a reporting error in Randolph and Rockingham counties (which is honestly not surprising) but it is not going to change the outcome

What's the error?

Seems the outcome is highly likely to be Trump but they are probably just being cautious.

With Biden taking AZ now it will make it very difficult for Trump. He cant afford to lose PA or Michigan

Im surprised Fox hasnt called it. They have been calling the races pretty early. But it seems no one is calling the battlegrounds very quickly

Exactly my point right there. According to what I have seen thus far there aren't that many absentee ballots outstanding to make that much of a difference in the race.

Actually doing some digging. It seems NC allows absentee ballots to be counted if they arrive by Nov 12 so maybe thats why there wont be a call for a while there

The lawsuit stuff begins.. SCOTUS hearing a big lawsuit tomorrow morning.

The votes altered by courts and not legislatures I think stand a fair chance of being tossed by the federal courts. The Harris County Texas vote will be seeing appeals for sure. PA lawsuits aplenty.
