I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Thanks guys! just got back from the interview....this was the weirdest interview ever....I don't know if we passed or not.....it ended with we received a notice saying they need a police report for my wife? first our interviewer asked, how we met? I answered that. then she asked if we were related????? then she asked when did we get married? then she asked for pics...asked questions about pics...asked for our I-864 again which we submitted w/o a joint sponsor in our original submission...currently I'm a full time student....However I worked full-time until sept 06 then went back to school full-time. Now, I was recently hired to start a new job on 7/02/07. She didn't even ask for my 2006 W2...she only has 2005, 2004, 2003....then we submitted our joint bank account stmts, utility, and beneficiary letter for my investments...

Overall, I did not get a positive feeling from the interviewer...she didn't even ask us to swear under oath...what gives?? Does the police report mean anything?

01/13/2011: Interview Date. Done, " Thanks To ALLAH, I Passed the Test.

01/28/2011: Oath Date. ==> Done, I am a U.S. Citizen
