Event Description
Review Date : August 1, 2007
Embassy Review : According to my husband it all went much easier than he anticipated. He waled in and was told to give documents to window A (his passport and such), then waiting again, window B ds-230 1&2,marriage cert, and birth certs. Waited went to Window C for actual interview. He said the lady was quite nice, and she asked a couple of questions typical nothing out of whats necessary. She flipped almost all the way thru our wedding album and commented that pics were nice. And then she gave him the pink slip and told him to go across the street to airpak, he paid just under $500JA and then he was on his way. He got in about 9:30 and he was out before 12noon. She didn't even ask for my 2006 taxes nothing is his binder, no cards, letters, nothing. But better be prepared than not.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
