Not recently but it still is under 7 months. In june and july average time was 3 to 5 months but it still said 5 to 7 months. The summer is when it really started to slow down. 7 months is still a good time as years before it was 7 to 9 months.

I'm definitely hoping for 7 months tops, though I've seen some January applications getting approved recently... I'm past six months now and it's getting a bit stressful, but I mean, what's one more month at this point

Each get their information from different sources. VJ gets it from their members and I have found most do not start a timeline or they start one and don't keep up with it so it is woefully inadequate further down the process you go to make any kind of solid prediction. In the monthly NOA2 thread I encourage everyone to keep up with their timelines or start one if they have not done so. The old saying stupid in is stupid out holds true.
