Got the notification "New Card Is Being Produced" out of nowhere today. Thought I was tripping for a sec because I wasn't expecting any updates at all. Here is my timeline and I hope ALL OF YOU WILL BE RECEIVING THIS NOTICE SOON! 

 

All information has been updated to our excel sheet, I will put in the "10 year green card received" date when I receive the card in the mail later.

Time Line: 

April 22, 2021 New Card Is Being Produced

March 4, 2021 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken.

January 13, 2021 We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.

January 12, 2021 Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another USCIS office.

September 10, 2020 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

congrats we have same timeline but only until case was transferred after that biometrics still no update tried to call many times the immigration officer but all they have to say is it is still in normal process 😭

Hi everyone!!! I woke to the best news ever!! My case was approved and green card is being produced! 
case went to LIN and was never transferred - k1 based. 
I hope you hear back about your cases soon! I will update my timeline in the excel file later on - gotta work now but I just wanted to share to give everyone some hope and good news!!

Congrats!!! We filed Feb 2021 and I was super demoralized when I found out our case went to LIN, since it seems to be one of the slower centers. It's awesome to hear it's possible they can approve quickly! We already had an AOS interview so here's to hoping the keep moving fast.

Thanks! They actually emailed me. So, I have received both (Notification from tracking app and an email from USCIS), and it came just 5 mins before I wrote my post here.

I guess I'm the only one got the RFE for my case, since everyone else got approved..

Did anyone get RFE for lifting conditions of residence? What did they ask you for?

Biometric Schedule 

 

I just want to shared my Biometric appointment request experience. 
I called USCIS 5 time since March 

No April 19, 2021 USCIS tier 2 call me back. 
and give me Biometric schedule on phone May 17,2021

my first greencard is CR1 so wait 9 months my I-751 application at YSC and my local office is Greer,SC

Thanks!! Keep checking your email and text messages. Once you get the email/text, things move pretty fast. GC arrived 3 days after status changed.
