In non-COVID times 12-18 months. It is now significantly longer. Being from Pakistan will also make the process longer as well. Agree.  I would estimate roughly 2 years....at the earliest.....but that could change.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

That 6.5 to 8.5 months is just fr the first part of the process.  After the I-130 petition is approved, the case will move to NVC which will take possibly take a few months at least.  Then you will be interviewed at the consulate.  It is common for Pakistani males to undergo extended administrative processing after the interview which can last for weeks, months, or years.  This is going to be a long process.   Please ask your US citizen spouse to join us here.  She needs to be part of this conversation and this community.

That was 2 years ago........and you are not your cousin............things change, and every case is different. There is just no way to accurately predict the time it will take.  But what I stated has been generally true over the last several years.
