If filed online,  what center does it go to? I wanted to look up timelines on the various centers, but don’t know what center to refer to.

Like the other post er  said, it should say it in the online NOA 1 and the regular mail.

I think it depends on what center. On the Visa Journey homepage, you can look at timelines for different users to get an idea. I was looking at the Texas Center and seems like time varies anywhere from 3 to 13 months.

I’m realizing I got Texas...

Does appear to be random how they assigned.

I don't think so..they probably have a system in place or a reason as to why petitions go to a certain service center (which I don't know). I was thinking I would get Texas because I am from Texas but it is not the case. You could be right, it could be random too.

Just a heads up to new filers, make sure you print off and fill in the I-130 manually and provide a wet signature even though you certify a digital signature in the application. We had an RFE saying they never received our I-130 even though it was done online. After the runaround, they said it was not signed and they needed a wet signature. Would not hurt to fill it out, sign it, and upload on top of completing it online. It takes a few extra minutes, but saves a couple of months if you end up in our same situation.

Do I have to print the I-130 and fill it out again? and again sign it? or is the signature enough? Oh man, I can't stand to look at it and fill it again..Thanks though!

* I already know that I am going to get an RFE due to another error on our document.

Yes I would be safe than sorry and fill it out either using the fillable PDF version of handwrite it and sign it. Like I said, heaps of people have been fine without doing this, but a handful have gotten RFE's for no wet signature. It is better to be safe than sorry!

What’s the other error?  I was able to download the document when I filed it. It’s already filled out.

Thanks for the heads up, but just came across this, so hopefully no delay.  I can’t seem to paste the website link, but looks like they are more flexible.
