Chosen Mumbai, India consulate however when we got the NVC email, they chose Frankfurt, Germany as our consulate for interview. Beneficiary lives on a valid visa in Germany.

Congrats on both counts, I130 approval and Frankfurt as interview location, consider yourself very very lucky. If they had kept Mumbai, you are looking at the very least 1 yr of wait for the interview as Bombay is still processing Feb' 19 DQ dates. Your beneficiary will have interview within 2 months of DQed at NVC at Frankfurt.

Interviews at Mumbai are not back logged that much. I hope not because I have seen other members that FILED in 02/2020 had interview in 10/2020.

Yesha PC--Hopefully not..sending prayers, good vibes and thoughts for families to be united soon. :)

What kind of document did they ask for? And what questions did they ask? If you don’t mind sharing.

-They asked for an Indian Police clearance certificate from the Consulate General India in Germany. The one we had from India was not correct because my husband is NRI. Interview?’s -who is sponsoring you? -were you previously married? Any children? What about your spouse? -how old is your child? -who is the joint sponsor? -where do you plan to stay in US? -where does your wife live? -what countries have you visited? (This question was specific to our case, my spouse had visited many countries for work reasons).

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
