Hello August 2020 ROC Filers!

-My friend removed hers last year and she recently got her 10 year GC with no interview. I’m guessing Pandemic & all.

-why do you think they recently updated the location for direct filling ? Would it benefit us as in faster filling ? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hello August Filers!

I just started gathering all the documents and realized that the Form I-751 on the USCIS Website says it Expires on 12/31/2019 on the right top corner of the page and on the left bottom corner it says Edition 12/02/19. Does this form still work?

I also wasn't sure if I can pay with credit card since I don't know if Phoenix AZ is a lockbox  ( Fedex delivery: USCIS 1820 E. Skyharbor Circle S Suite 100 Phoenix, AZ 85034) . Does anyone know if we can pay with credit card to that place?

Thank you in advance!

I think Phoeniz is actually a lockbox, this is from the filling address for. I-485. And USCIS says on the page that they will still be accepting this form until they release a new one.

so they got it Aug 8... and the letter came here 8/18

so pretty much 10 days...

did u send via USPS? or FedEX/UPS?

I have always sent packets via fedex ever since I started petitioning. I wanted to make sure it gets there the next day. I think the other companies can do that too, but fedex is the closest to my place, right by the airport.

And yes, that's the form that i have also used. As long as it's the one from their website, it's good to go.

Nothing since then.  Anyone have a timeline for the Phoenix location?

Mine took about 10 business days up to when I got my letter of 18 month extension.

They probably had plenty cases of covid in the texas lockbox that they had to close it. 🤷‍♀️ can't think of anything else.

Acceptance text received during the night and check cashed. Oddly, it says USCIS Phoenix Payment although it was sent to Texas (received 8/11). Perhaps they rerouted it?

Update - Just got the text message with my case number.

Sent i751 packet on 8/10 to Phoenix, Arizona

Delivered on 8/14

Text Message - 08/21

Now the long wait begins.  Anyone knows what the processing time is like for Nebreska?  It shows 14-27 months on the USCIS site.  I hope it won't take that long.

I got a MSC case number, which is the National Benefits Center. There's not even a wait time listed on the website for MSC. 😞

Oh yes yes for sure it is not the same.

I just try to prove that this is actually a lockbox address because someone was worried that this Phoenix address doesn't take credit card.
