  1. Unfortunately it doesn’t. The letter says the extension is from the Green card expiration date, which was October 2020. We are really worried as time flies by and we hear nothing back from USCIS.
  2. Hi guys! We are in a similar situation Jack. We submitted our I-751 in September 2020. Biometrics we’re taken in July 2021 and in September 2021 our status changes to “ready to schedule an interview”, which hasn’t changed since then. January 2022 we received our 24 month letter of extension but we are still waiting. I’m worried that my job will start to ask me questions about my green card in October when the extension expires. 😞
  3. I submitted my I751 in September 2020, had my biometrics taken in July 2021, my status changed to “ready to schedule interview” in September 2021, and got a 24 month extension in January 2022. It will be 2 years in September and nothing. I’m worried too. I’m sorry about the underwriter, that was complete out of place.
  4. Hi everyone! My husband and I submitted our I-751 in September 2020. I got an 18 month extension letter soon after that. Last July I had my biometrics taken and my status changed to “ready to schedule an interview “ on September 2021. In January 2022, I received my 24 month extension letter which expires this October. Is anyone in a similar situation? I see some MSC—— cases are moving much faster than mine. I’m scared of losing my job because of not having a renewed green card by this October. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
