I am so happy for everyone but this weekend I was so depressed !!!! I was crying to my fiance he told me everything is going to be okay , My butt it's this waiting that kills me !!!!!! :crying: My date is 4/21/07 and nothing yet, and when you call the center they are so mean !!!!!!!!!!!! I wish that they start picking up vcs , I am sorry but I am done !!!!!!! But my cheers goes up to everyone  Thank god for this forum you guys are like my minnie family :luv:

Hey girl hang in there! We know exactly what you are going through...

I have a 3 year old going through this process with me and she thinks America is a fairy tale like Cinderella or Snow white... Or Fantasia....

When she hears anyone say America she gets soo excited and says "Did you hear that mommy - America - they said America"

Knowing what life awaits us and the wonderful future we have ahead keeps me going... My husband is also my Rock and he too tells me everything will be ok! Beleive them because a few months compared to a lifetime of happiness is worth the wait...

It is alright to cry and just let it out now and then it shows you are human!

Hey everyone,

I just thought I'd drop in and help keep the thread active. Uggggh I was so expecting some April/early May approvals today, especially after those we had last week. By the way, congratulations to everyone who got approved!

Just wondering, once you're approved, how long are you going to wait to start gathering the documents to send to your fiance (I-134, pay stubs, employer letter, letter of intent, etc.)? I was thinking to wait until he received packet 3 so they would all be dated closer to the interview. What do you guys think?

Good luck to everyone. Keep busy :P, it will help the time pass quicker.

i gathered all my documents, had the I-134 notarized and gave them to my fiancee' when I visited. I didn't want the expense, hassle, risk of mailing to her country (philippines). It takes a while too to make sure you give them absolutely everything they may want (i even threw in copy of home appraisal since i was having it done already). I also kept a notarized copy in case someone here wants to see it. VJ site has a tip that says get three notarized copies of I-134 so every party will have one.

But you have a good point, it may be important to have it more up to date if interview is months away.

Earlier in the thread it says VSC is probably processing an overlaod of H1 visas, maybe til 7/27. And there are still I129f's from april waiting in line. So it takes time to get to each petition I guess. Good luck

Being a "spoiled" VSCer who thought her NOA2 was going to come 2 weeks after NOA1...I had most of my documents gathered by the end of April.

But then as the months passed, I had to get more documents due to changing jobs and then I got the I-134 notarized on June 11. My cosponsor (my mom) is still gathering some of hers  but we hope to have a package ready to mail by the end of the week.

i have times when i feel a little ridiculous about being in the process period; about finding

someone i love so much, and subsequently flying away from him and...waiting. part of it makes

me want to run off to europe and just be there with him.

the amount of paperwork and waiting we have in store for us even after he arrives is just

crazy and silly and, well, an unavoidable reality. but it feels sacreligious at times,

translating love into beauracracy.

i'm whining (!). i realize that in the big picture this is an extremely minor amount to suffer,

but i guess i'm having a "moment."

thank goodness for the NOA2 posts. whenever i see one my heart does a little skip and a jump

(am i next????). let this be the week for all of us!!

HI ALL!

Is there a list of all I need to send my fiance after we recieve the NOA2? (meaning aside from I-134) Or will they inform me of what to send with my NOA2 Letter?

Sparrow-since you already rec'd your NOA2, did it come with instructions?

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

No, unfortunately. I started another thread about what comes next. I rec'd my NOA2 via e-mail though, so I'm still waiting for the hard copy in the mail.

I'm just waiting for a peep from NVC which is probably a couple weeks off, but it would be nice to have an actual case # :)
