Hi Everyone

I have one  question would like to seek for some help.

My fiance has sent out the I-129 Form and package by the end of June.

However until now which 2 weeks passed by, still there is no update from USCIS texas center.

My Fiance has sent through US Post first mail so could not track the mail

I was wondering is it normal to take up more than 2 weeks without update?

If there is any way we may check if USCIS Texas Lockbox has received the package or not?

Thank you for the help!

I-129F*

I-129 is for a worker.

It's not unheard of to take over 2 weeks to get a NOA1. Everything is slow right now.

No tracking number? I'd suggest avoiding that in the future. Priority Mail flat rate options are like $5-$2 or so, depending on size, and normally arrive within a couple to few days.

The first thing to check is if the payment was redeemed (i.e. if the check was cashed, card charged, etc.). If so, a NOA1 should be coming in the mail. If it takes over 30 days, contact USCIS.

If not, you can contact the lockbox to see if they can assist: lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov

Hi! Don’t worry about it too much. I’ve seen a lot of people who sent theirs around the last week of June and are still waiting for NOA1. 😊

For future reference ways include tracking. Not only will it be beneficial for your peace of mind but you will have proof it arrived where it was supposed to, Has the check been cashed yet?

there is a tracking number on the cash register receipt at the post office (even when not sent by certified mail)

if she discarded it and paid by debit or credit card ,  the post office can retrieve it thru there system
