The reason I asked is that they are not accepting documents from 2go carrier service.. my spouse needs to only send her passport and document. The interview was completed January.  Thanks for responding.

When I went for our 2 children's CRBA and passport in March, they use Air21 to send out the documents. We had to go to the Air21 counter to prepay. They were not shipping the documents out for a long time but they finally started. My wife finally received them from the embassy about 2 weeks ago.

How did you find that they are not accepting from 2go? My fiance sent hers in around May, but we have not heard anything. She asked for confirmation from the embassy, but got no reply. The CEAC status date for her application just started updating the last 2 days.

During this lockdown ... everything is "locked down", be patient.

Link?  Embassy reopen doesn't automatically mean resumption of routine Visa services

YMMV

Positive step in the right direction.

FYI.  Beginning the phased reopening,  not open.  But still good news

They are supposed to announce some type of reclassification of the quarantine on Wednesday.  Metro Manila is reporting full capacity of allocated bed for Covid patients.

Lets see what is announced, it not looking good for Manila to ease restriction, I suspect they may tighten quarantine there
