My husband his son is 18 years old and he live with him in USA so Iam the beneficiary do I need to add his son in my ds 260 and ds5540 or no ? Thanks for help

No. You would only add your dependent children.

Please just stick to one post.  As for my response:  No.  You only put your children on the DS-260.

Iam sorry for it but I was post it many times cuz I was need more opinion some said yes and some said no and this make me so stress

I don’t know what case this is for, but stepchildren go on the DS260. The instructions in the children section state that.
