I think we can agree that the process seems very slow.  I wanted to start this thread just merely to display this very specific USCIS center handling our cases now.  Hopefully it gives encouragement to everyone.  I will give you my timeline and update it when it changes.  Please share also.

I’ve seen a few bypass both, not sure with local offices back open, regardless, good luck!

So in another forum someone mentioned that the timeline for national benefits center for the I-751 cases are 8-10 months. I finally got through to an agent they had to send me to secondary I got the call back just as usciS was about to close last night because although it states online that I was transferred to nbc the agent was seeing that it was still at vermont but I have the letter That confirms it being at nbc. ... the secondary agent calls n is confused saying that it was sent back to vermont the same day and what puzzles him is that both centers are updating at the sametime... what’s going on????? Lol anyone else experiencing this.

They are a mess

I did see in the past few cases been send over back and then adjusted to approval so hang in there

Mine was transferred to National Benefits Center 4/20/20 and then 4/21/20 it was transferred back to vermont center. I have an appointment to get the i-551 stamp in my passport.

I went to the Infopass today y'all got my passport stamped.

Also I found out that my case is now at the field office .. awaiting an interview *shrugs*

Never received any mail, and was told that I would not receive mail until perhaps they schedule an appointment

Will keep you guys posted.

That's so weird. Call them and find out.  Usually they send two transfer notifications but 1 day apart.

Request for evidence: 4/7/2020
N-400 received 4/13/2020
n-400 interview scheduled for 11/03/2020
n-400 interview canceled on 10/27/2020
file transfer  from Vermont to NBC.

 

So I got the approval of I-751 and my permanent Green card , and RFE on the same day!! I sent a letter to them asking what's going on and they just said they got it and re-opened my case. Then they scheduled my N-400 Interview and then they cancelled it one week before the interview because of pending I-751!!! Then I got a letter saying that my case got transferred to NBC!!

Anybody know what I should do? I sent most of the common documents they wanted., in the RFE they asked for evidence of joint ownership of assets which I already submitted a lot docs (such as our lease, credit cards, utility bills, joint tax filing docs ) maybe I should have added more to it (like having joint ownership of our cars) and sent it without questioning. Just getting my green card and  a letter saying they wouldn't be able to make a decision at the same time didn't make sense, that's why I asked them and I think that is why my case is delayed now. Any comments or advice would be much appreciated.
