The NVC is asking for a police Certificate from Mexico, I stayed there 10 years ago (2010) for 8 Months on Student Visa. The Mex Embassy in my Country Keeps repeating that they don't offer those services and they can't help me.

How can I convince NVC and the Consulate at the time of the Interview, that's this is impossible for me, especially Due to Covid-19?

Please know that the Corona virus does not go  away automatically when the Embassies resumes work and I will need to apply for a Visa to enter Mexico.

Yeah it is a REAL pain.  The only way to do it, if you don't have relatives in Mexico CIty, is to find a lawyer there to get it.  In the past you needed a letter of support from the Mexican Embassy in the country where you will be interviewing at. You need the Federal certificate.   You also try to find an attorney in the state for the school you went to and get a state police certificate.   No letter needed for that.

I think I still have some notes at home and can check when I get home tomorrow.

You'll likely have to pay a service to do it for you, it'll be pricey.

You can search the forum, there's other people who have had this problem.
