Recent Petition Approvals of IR-5 Cases Jan.2020 onwards

 

This topic is started to share status of IR-5 Cases and their pregress . The US Citizens who have filed IR-5 petition for parents may share their dates of  NOA.1 , NOA.2 , Priority dates . This way all concerned may know the progress of similar cases .

Which service center that you got approved? Congratulations it was so fast to get approved.

im still waiting for my parents.

date jan 7 in Texas service center.

We submitted for both our parents on 1/31, mom was approved on 4/28 and still waiting for dads. Our service center is Nebraska.

WOw that is fast my mom is Jan 22 still waiting where was it processed???

It appears that USCIS has issued approvals ( NOA.2 ) upto 31st Jan. 2020 . Now they will take up the cases of Feb. & March 2020 and so on . Good Luck .

Can anyone tell me what’s going on with USCIS I got my mother NO2 yesterday and today I got a letter form NVC along with CASE NUMBER AND INVOICE ID also checked account it’s asking me to pay the fee and submit the required forms etc what the heck why they are moving fast lol

04/21/20: NOA1 Issued online

04/27/20: NOA1 Received via postal mail from Texas Service Center

04/27/20: Touched

04/28/20: Case Transferred to California Service Center

05/14/20: Touched 

05/15/20: Touched 

07/01/20: Touched

07/06/20: Touched 

07/06/20: RFE Issued (not available online)

07/16/20: RFE Received in Mail

07/20/20: DNA Done in USA

08/09/20: RFE Partial Response Submitted Online

08/26/20: RFE Partial Response Submitted via mail

09/01/20: Touched

10/28/21: DNA test results Received by USCIS

11/12/21: NOA2

Not really Jan 22 NOA1 and still waiting. Hopefully real soon I will see something.

Have you got the approval for Dad by now ? If not yet , will you be submitting info/docs to NVC right away for your mother  or  otherwise wait for your Dad's approval and then submit info/docs for both together ?  How long one can wait ?

I have a question. So i applied for my mother and father Dacember 5th. I have seen online that they have updated the dates that they have looked the documents but yesterday they send more evidence for my mother. I dont get it, i sent 8 documents, probably is because i sent too much and online says 5 documents. i'm waiting for the notice to be updated so i can read what s the evidence about. Both of their application are in Texas center. I wonder if i have the evidence and i upload. Will they approve it right away or will it dealay the process?
