F4 petition for sisters filed March 2008, How many more years to go? (Philippines)

Hello All,

 

With the current visa bulletin for F4 (Philippines) how many more years I have to wait. 
DO you think 10-12  yrs? I have waited for 12 years already.

April May 2010.

IR5 DAD's Journey Total of 1 year from mailing out form I-130

(Jan 2013) to Visa in hand(Jan 2014).

02/02/2014: Paid $165 at ELIS site

03/06/2014: PORT-OF-Entry=Vancouver Canada

03/31/2014: USCIS Status Address Change

04/03/2014: Applied for SS

​04/03/2014: ELIS STATUS showed OPTIMIZED right away the day we applied for SS card.

04/07/2014: Green Card Production

04/09/2014: SS Card received.

4/10/2014: ELIS and USCIS status: GREEN CARD PRODUCED/SHIPPED

4/15/2014: GC arrived in the mail (yay!)

It is at Jan 2001 currently so below 10yrs would be great.

so the first 2 children 18 and 13 their names was put under the mother but the 3rd and the 4th younger kid are not.
Do i need co submit these children's information e.g. birth ceriticate to NVC for update?

No, you'll do that when NVC starts asking for AOS and other documents to be processed closer to visa interview date.

Thank you for your help. Does this mean her husband could also be in the process? 
Because when I applied for her she was not married to the father of her children. Now that they are married he can also process along?

Husband well technically needs to be the one when the visa number becomes current but can also come as well.
