And local offices are shut down, so a scheduled interview letter is not coming anytime soon

YMMV

The text means your documents are sufficient and ready to be interviewed. It doesn't mean you are scheduled for an interview.

RTS means the NBC has sent your application to your Local Field office to now sit in line and wait for an interview there.

The wait can be a few weeks, months, or years depending on what the processing times of your LFO are.

We can tell you your (normal pre-Covid) estimated wait if you tell us your LFO.

Input your zipcode in the top box only, press search and tell us what it says.

https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/field-offices

Note that the status you posted is for I485 ONLY.

I765 and I131 are separate applications and their processing times are irrelevant to I485.

Currently the (normal pre-Covid) wait is 5.5 to 7.5 months from Noa1. All K1 EAD and AP are processed at the NBC.
