I tried to look for an answer in the forum and I can't find the answer. Yet, I'm sure many has the same problems as I do.

I just received an email from the County Clerk at City Hall, my appointment for the Marriage License and Ceremony are canceled until further notice.

The surrounding counties are the same, local government offices are closed.

How can I get marry with fiancee with City Hall closed? She will be arriving in mid April and if they don't lift the "lock down" with 90 days, we are in deep trouble.

My questions is what other member's plan B is? Where will they be going to get marry? If they can't get marry within 90 days, what will they do? Have the fiancee stay in the USA until the corona virus settles down and then get marry? Have the fiancee go back to the home country and reapply in the future?

Not sure, taking day by day. Her K1 visa is good until July. So if we have to delay her arrival, we will. But if she gets here, who do someone with a K1 visa get marry?

Vegas.

Are you sure flights will still be operating in mid april?

Last time I checked Clark County wasn't issuing licenses. I had freaked out and thought we should get married immediately to start AOS and since no county was issuing in SoCal, I figured Vegas might work. Nope.

Any plan you have today will not work tomorrow.   You've got some time.  Worry about her arrival first.   You can always get married in MN

YMMV

He doesn't need Clark county open today,  he needs something open by July

YMMV

True but who can say what's going to be open then? Maybe everything, maybe just some. I think you're right to say the important thing is to focus on getting his fiancee here and worry about the other stuff after. :)
