Stimulus package for US Citizen and foreign spouse?

You will get it.  Unless you filed jointly in 2018 or 2019 before the stimulus check is sent out then she will not receive one.

I already filed jointly in 2018 and 2019 using ITIN. Thats means we won’t get any?

She will not, you will assuming you used an SSN for yourself.

Yes! Being US citizen I used my SSN for myself. But based on the news and current rules if ITIN is used in tax return then noone is eligible in that return. Please correct me If I am wrong.

You will not get anything this year in the advance or early payment checks because you filed jointly with an ITIN filer (unless you are in the military). But when she gets here, has a SSN, and you file for 2020, you will both get yours as a credit on your 2020 tax return.

Thanks for clarity. That doesn't make sense to me but if thems the rules!
