So we got cr1 issued on passport and my spouse is traveling to U.S in a month. Do i still need to maintain income requirement of 125% poverty line , will it be needed, if yes then at what stage? Our marriage is 1 year old, i am assuming she will be getting 2 year greencard so will income requirement need to be met at renewal of green card or at citizenship time?

No but why wouldnt you want to keep above the poverty line?

The company i work at is laying off people because of financial situation seems like  i may be out of work and not have job for some time, unemployment benefits may not be enough to keep me at the same income level and it may take time to find job where i am earning as much as i was before. So overall with some vacations that i took early on and possibly not having same job, i may not reach 125% for this year.

Coronavirus has affected our company very badly, and they are in loss so laying off people atleast for 4 months

I mean I may not be able to meet 125%, i may be able to reach there. And no, nobody doesn't want to earn better, it is just the situation that I am worried i may or may not fall into so i want to know immigration wise if it is required to meet 125% for this year?
