good day everyone! had my visa interview last month january 27 2020 IR1. my wife is a u.s citizen together w/ our daughter

my visa interview went well. i answer all  the CO QUESTIONS. just a basic questions regarding our relationship and our personal infos. and then CO gave me a phamplets regarding the right of the immgrant etc. in the end of my interview. CO gave me white slip which is 221g. she said that no need to interview again. just send the document written in the 221g white slip which is a IRS 2018 W2 2018 AND CERTIFICATE OF NO RECORD OF MARRIAGE.  i sent all the docs she need. they recieved it last feb.11 2020. when i check my visa STATUS. my case updated feb.11, 13 and administrative processing and feb.14 case updated again to READY. what does "READY" MEAN GUYS . THANKS YOU SO MUCH GUYS.  I HOPE  I WOULD FIND THE ANS. THE REGARDING THIS MATTER

My interview went smooth and I got a white sheet but the officer told nothing is need and my status is refused cuz of the trump ban hopefully it goes from refused to issued

dont be worried brother.  you will get your visa soon! good luck! just think positive.  everything will be fine.

after 2 days of admin. processing my status change to ready.but still there is any chance of getting refused from ready? 

 

 

I doubt it! They needed more documents and you gave them to the embassy. So I think it will be fine, like you say you interview went well :)

Actually, all visas go through administrative processing after the interview.  It is possible for a visa to be refused or returned to USCIS after the interview.  It doesn't happen too frequently, but it has happened.

August 7, 2022: Wife filed N-400 Online under 5 year rule.

November 10, 2022: Received "Interview is scheduled" letter.

December 12, 2022:  Received email from Dallas office informing me (spouse) to be there for combo interview.

December 14, 2022: Combo Interview for I-751 and N-400 Conducted.

January 26, 2023: Wife's Oath Ceremony completed at the Plano Event Center, Plano, Texas!!!😁

February 6, 2023: Wife's Passport Application submitted in Dallas, Texas.

March 21, 2023:   Wife's Passport Delivered!!!!

May 15, 2023 (about):  Naturalization Certificate returned from Passport agency!!

 

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I see happen go from refused to issued
