I had my status change online to say “case was updated to show fingerprints were taken”. My case number starts YSC. NOA was dated March 10th. One small step for man.... 🙂

Mine too....what's going on?

Not sure, but maybe because they have to row back on in-person appointments they are just using what we have on file. This always seemed weird to me because fingerprints don’t change lol. So why send another $85 for more?

Ah well. Progress is progress I guess!

does anyone else receive estimates from Visajourney as to when they think the case will be resolved? My estimates started off as June 2021. My most recent one is February 14th. I know they are just estimates but do you receive them and does anyone know how accurate they end up being? Just curious really.

They are not accurate at all.

Please read up all other threads. Cases from May 2019 to December 2019 all are randomly getting approved.

To everyone who had their status updates without biometrics, did you also receive a letter through the mail highlighting this?

Us April filers are all receiving letters about this too. I guess they just used everyone's fingerprints on file for ROC. This all happened within the last week. I got my letter today. It says I will not need biometrics but will not be refunded the money. lol.

That is what prompted me to ask the question I saw the informed delivery. I am on the road for work and won't get the mail until Friday, so I was curious. If someone might validate that for me I would greatly appreciate it.
