I did mine in Norridge last week, and I live in Lakeview. When I had to do my biometrics for the 2-year green card I did it somewhere on Lawrence Ave, in uptown I believe.

I walked in 3:30 pm to be precise. No wait time was in and out in 10mins. Advisable go after 12noon. Having said that, I was there for my ROC biometric at 2pm and I experienced a long wait. I guess it depends on the work load and staffing🤷🏽‍♀️

FYI ... Live not too far from Carol stream( Bloomingdale) had my biometrics at Norridge, also a walk-in the same day I saw the biometric letter in my document tab. Clash in my schedule on the appointed date.

I’m planning on doing that when I see it. Right now status says I’m scheduled. I think I’ll get it in the mail sometime this wk. Did ur estimated date of completion move up?

No harm in trying. Yes it did ... initially my case was estimated for completion October 2020. After biometric it moved by a month (September 2020).

Biometric date finally came up on my online account 2/20/2020. I'm going to try and do a walk in Spokane, Washington when I receive the letter in the mail.

I did biometrics walk in this morning in Manhattan, because I have a work conflict on the initial scheduled date (02/14).

I tried yesterday, but they asked me to come back today which I did. In and out within 10 minutes. My estimated completion date has jumped from October 20 to August 20 after I walked out. However, it still says "We scheduled", so I anticipate another change tomorrow or so.
