K1 Visa Letter of Intent

I have two letters of intend one for myself and for my fiancee the wording is the same, however, is that still acceptable? Also, my fiancee's letter of intend is a copy as she send it via email. Therefore, it does not have a wet signature. Is that acceptable as well?

As far as previous advise from our VJ members, yes, a scanned copy works.. you may want to check out previous conversations about this 😊1B630909-4574-4865-A394-94D4870A4FFA.thumb.jpeg.6933ac46e91e4977dbb89a62ff8c2617.jpeg

The wording can be the same too? I have read on here that some people suggested that the statements should be original in their wording, however, I fail to see the point in that.

I have never heard that.  For ours, we sent one letter, which we both signed.

We sent one letter that we both signed. Not had a problem. I have heard of some who sent one letter and received and RFE for two seperate letters but never an RFE for two letters requiring one letter. Go figure.

I think in a lot of those cases, they used letter text that said A intended to marry B, but didn't say B intended to marry A (i.e. they took a template they found here or elsewhere designed for two separate letters and both signed it), though I could be wrong about that.

We did the same and didn't got an RFE because of it. Also make sure  to add some prove that you both are making plans about your wedding (On this part I added screenshots of conversations I had on whatsapp with my fiance) . I've seen some people get RFE about their letter of intention and are required to send this information , but most of the people weren't required to do this. It's just a suggestion, good luck on your journey 🌟😎
