i just checked the status at ceac and my wife visa is finally issued. i can not wait to see her.

Omg! Congratulations!! Where is she? I am in the DR and my consulate is still closed.

Timeline

On Dec 21st 2019, Uscis received my I-130. I updated the address on Feb 26th 2020 because I moved back to my mom's house. I checked on USCIS website the status is:

Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review.

 

My case is in Texas Service Center. I'm still waiting for the approval and NOA2.

case approved after 269 days. (1 week to 9 month)

pd 4th dec, potomac

My husband applied for expedite with government related job proving letter through a congressman on 25th August. approved 2 days later. 

Should have applied earlier!

Can you please provide us some more details about your case? Is the U.S. petitioner outside of the U.S. and the reason for expedite was a U.S. job that would require their relocation to the U.S.?

it's not a government job but a civilian company works for government military project. husband asked a letter from his client (government)

A contractor / civilian supporting the military is not a reason for expedite. It has to be more than that
