Uhm, yep, that's pretty high. 2 out of 3 people will not get a B visa from Nigeria. 

 

Sidebar: On that list, it says the Vatican City has a refusal rate of 8.33%. Wonder what priests/Cardinals/Bishops are not allowed in the US 😂

Timeline

There is no limit on how often they can apply for a tourist visa, pay the fee and fill in the application and off they go.

So were both denied before? Or did your mother apply alone and now thinks that applying with her husband will increase her chances? Are they traveling together?

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!
