Moving from NYC to Georgia

I’m about to mail my package off this week. We currently live in New York but in a few months( next March to be exact) we’ll be moving back to Georgia. (yes I know about the change of address from) New York’s processing time is currently 21.5 months to 34 months. Georgia is however roughly 10 months. Do you think this might potentially be helpful for us?

If you check Atlanta times for I485 it is 11.5 to 25.5 according to USCIS

With my zip code we’d go the Charleston Field office. They move pretty fast there.

I would assume it would be faster once they transfer it. The transfer might slow thiogs a little, but 11.5 months (50% adjudicated) is much better than the almost 2 years at NYC.

I’m curious. What zip code do you have?  We live in the very upper part of north Georgia and our field office is Atlanta.
