Yes, I did check with the city council who approved the title right after they banned even thinking about powering homes with anything but hydroelectric power.

I don't think I'd actually read the TOS until yesterday. Now I have, I don't think it's too hard to follow. Don't be an #######, I guess, is the guiding thread, and it's good advice for life, too.
